Christina Roll has over two decades experience as an occupational, environmental, health and safety (OEHS) professional. Her areas of expertise include workplace risk assessments, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, government regulation compliance, and training.

Christina has a passion for promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within the OEHS and Insurance industries.  She has degrees in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, and is Certified Safety Professional. She has earned several awards including the 2023 American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Women in Industrial Hygiene “Aileen Yankowski Leadership Award”, the 2023 American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Women In Safety Excellence “Safety Professional of the Year”, and the 2023 & 2025 ASSP President’s Award.
