Colleen Fellows
Quality Manager, American BOA

Colleen Fellows is a Quality Manager at American BOA with over 13 years of experience in metal manufacturing. She’s held roles in quality management, manufacturing engineering, engineering leadership, and operations—giving her a well-rounded view of how teams and processes come together to deliver great results.

Colleen earned both her B.S. in Civil Engineering and her M.S. in Manufacturing Leadership from Georgia Tech. Over the years, she’s participated in several internal leadership programs and continues to focus on growing as a leader while helping others do the same.

She’s been a member of Women in Manufacturing since 2021 and is especially passionate about promoting STEM education in early elementary grades and raising awareness around skilled trades careers. Colleen is excited to support the mission of this leadership program and help create opportunities for the next generation of changemakers.

Outside of work, she enjoys finding ways to connect industry and education—and cheering on any effort that sparks curiosity in young learners.
