He has more than two decades of experience leading teams in technology companies and currently guides AI integration efforts across business operations, strategy, and customer-facing products as the General Manager of SmugMug.
Cosmo’s background includes a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction and an MBA with concentrations in Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He is a U.S. military veteran with operational leadership experience that informs his work in decision-making under uncertainty and adaptive problem-solving. In addition to his industry roles, Cosmo develops and facilitates leadership and AI workshops for professionals in business, government, non-profit, and education sectors. His work focuses on practical applications of AI in leadership development and on helping organizations build effective, ethical, and human-centered approaches to emerging technologies. |
