Cosmo Rahn is a technology executive specializing in AI strategy, product innovation, and organizational leadership. He has more than two decades of experience leading teams in technology companies and currently guides AI integration efforts across business operations, strategy, and customer-facing products as the General Manager of SmugMug.

Cosmo’s background includes a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction and an MBA with concentrations in Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He is a U.S. military veteran with operational leadership experience that informs his work in decision-making under uncertainty and adaptive problem-solving.

In addition to his industry roles, Cosmo develops and facilitates leadership and AI workshops for professionals in business, government, non-profit, and education sectors. His work focuses on practical applications of AI in leadership development and on helping organizations build effective, ethical, and human-centered approaches to emerging technologies.
