I have over two decades of experience in cardiac nursing and healthcare management and am currently the Practice Manager of the Georgia Heart Institute leading the operations of the largest department within the Institute covering 4 different clinic locations in NE Georgia.   I strive to partner with physicians and other leaders to provide operationally efficient, patient centered care.   Improving staff engagement and retention is a passion of mine.
