Manager, Enablement Process Improvement

Cox Enterprises

As a Manager of Enablement Process Improvement at Cox Enterprises, I lead initiatives to streamline operations, implement best practices, and drive alignment and organizational strategy.

Prior to joining Cox Enterprises, I held roles at Cox Communications and Booz Allen Hamilton, and spent over a decade as a Secondary Science Educator. I am a certified SAFe 5 Practitioner, PROSCI Change Management professional, and hold both Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially my nephews, cheering on my favorite sports teams, reading, traveling, and escaping to the beach whenever I can.
