Jamie Britton is Vice President of Sales at RTP, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales leadership, commercial strategy, and team development across both B2B and B2C markets. She is a results-driven executive recognized for her ability to lead high-performing teams, implement scalable sales strategies, and drive sustainable growth through customer-centric innovation.

Prior to joining RTP, Jamie spent more than two decades at Kimberly-Clark, where she held numerous leadership roles across Sales and Marketing. Throughout her career, she has led strategic partnerships, launched market-first innovations, and driven multimillion-dollar growth across diverse channels and customer segments. Jamie was a graduate of Kimberly-Clark’s Emerging Leader Acceleration Program and is an alumna of the Signature Leaders Program for Female Executives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Economics from the University of Miami, Florida, and also studied Japanese Economics and Language at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan
