I’m a customer success leader based in Atlanta with a passion for building strong teams and helping customers lay the foundation they need to solve meaningful problems. In my current role, I oversee several teams dedicated to ensuring customer success and delivering exceptional value.

My background spans both education and operations. I began my career teaching high school math before returning to graduate school to earn my Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on Non-Profit Leadership. That experience shaped my people-first approach and taught me the importance of clear communication, mission-driven work, and scalable systems.

I recently earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and I’m excited to apply those skills to strengthen processes, support my teams, and help customers achieve their goals.
