Associate Director, Outcome Measurement

Habitat for Humanity

Korinne Chiu is the Director of Outcome Measurement on the U.S. Research and Measurement team at Habitat for Humanity International. In this role, she leads the development of outcome measurement to track changes in household and community outcomes related to affordable homeownership across the U.S. She has expertise in the research and evaluation of health and education initiatives in international, domestic, and community-based settings as well as in the design and maintenance of complex data collection systems.

Before joining Habitat, Korinne served in a number of research and evaluation roles including the Deputy Director for Impact Measurement at CARE, Director of Research and Evaluation at VaxTrac, the Director of Evaluation and Organizational Learning at Physicians for Peace, and as a database management consultant. She enjoys building monitoring and evaluation capacity, digging into data, and making data more accessible to stakeholders. Korinne completed her MA in Experimental Psychology and her PhD in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation.
