Civil Engineering Analyst

Kimley-Horn

Lauren Kilgore is a Civil Engineering Analyst at Kimley-Horn in Atlanta, Georgia, where she supports safety corridor and intersection improvement projects. She serves as Director of Younger Members for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Georgia Section, leading nearly 700 civil engineers and civil engineering students statewide, and was recognized in 2025 as one of the American Council of Engineering Companies’ (ACEC) 35 Under 35 Women to Know in Georgia Engineering.
 
Lauren is passionate about advancing women in STEM, mentoring students and young professionals, and creating pathways to leadership in engineering. As an Advisor for the University of North Georgia’s Women in Leadership Program, she will help women grow their confidence, build community, and make an impact in their careers. She is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders by sharing her experiences, opening doors for others, and championing a more inclusive future for the engineering profession.
