Regional Vice President of Operations

PT Solutions

Mackenzie Olson is a seasoned healthcare operations executive with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and cultivating leadership across complex, multi-state clinical environments. Over the past nine years, she has risen from an entry-level physical therapist to Regional Vice President of Operations at PT Solutions, where she has overseen more than 100 outpatient clinics across five states and six hospital systems. Her leadership has contributed to over $46 million in annual revenue and a 30% year-over-year growth in same-store performance.

Guided by her core values of accountability and curiosity, Mackenzie is known for her ability to build trust, foster innovation, and empower others. She has developed practice-wide leadership training programs, spearheaded initiatives to improve clinician retention, and created data-driven tools that enhance operational efficiency. Her passion for mentorship is evident in her work with emerging leaders and her role as a keynote speaker and educator within her organization.

As a new advisor for the Women in Leadership group, Mackenzie brings a wealth of experience in navigating complex organizational structures, leading with empathy, and championing the growth of women in professional settings. She is deeply committed to helping others take bold steps in their careers—just as she has done in her own journey—and is excited to support and inspire the next generation of female leaders.
