Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University and certification of Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall. Shelley brings over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Throughout a distinguished career, Shelley has held various roles focused on integrity, operations, and compliance. Currently, she serves as Director of Ethics and Compliance at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where she leads initiatives that support ethical business practices and regulatory adherence. She currently resides in the Metro Atlanta area.
