Shelley brings over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Throughout a distinguished career, Shelley has held various roles focused on integrity, operations, and compliance. Currently, she serves as Director of Ethics and Compliance at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where she leads initiatives that support ethical business practices and regulatory adherence. She currently resides in the Metro Atlanta area.
