Dr. Shenila Hill Rodriguez is an accomplished corporate and community leader. Professionally, she has held senior IT leadership positions in major corporations including BellSouth, Travelport, Fiserv, and Commscope. She previously held the Director of Program role with Pathbuilders, an Atlanta based company that prepares women to build their careers with high-impact programs at pivotal career points - entry level professionals, new managers, cross functional leaders and senior level executives. A graduate of Leadership Gwinnett in 2014, Dr. Rodriguez is a former member of Leadership Gwinnett Foundation Board of Directors, serving on the board from 2014 – 2018.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership. Additionally, she holds the Certified Project Management Professional- (Retired PMP) designation from the ProjectManagement Institute and is a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team.

Dr. Rodriguez has received numerous honors and accolades. She was awarded an Outstanding Georgia Citizen award from the Georgia Secretary of State in 2013. Other honors include the Community Activist award from the Metro Atlanta Bennett College Alumni Association in 2013 and a Patriotic Employer Award in 2015 from the United States Department of Defense.
