Dr. Stephanie Hills is a technology executive turned entrepreneur and Career Freedom coach. Stephanie has a Ph.D. in Software Engineering with 25+ years leading global teams in cloud innovation, data intelligence, and high-performance engineering. Stephanie has advised startups and women throughout their careers from engineers to executives to entrepreneurs. Today, she helps women in tech reinvent their careers with clarity and confidence—guiding them from burnout to bold leadership.
