Workforce Director

Three Rivers Regional Commission

Stephanie Matthews serves as the Director of Workforce Development for WorkSource Three Rivers, overseeing WIOA Youth, Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Business Services across a 10-county region. With more than 15 years of experience in Workforce Development, she has held several key leadership roles, including Deputy Director, Youth Services Manager, and Youth Career Facilitator. Stephanie also serves as the Vice Chair of Georgia’s Workforce Leaders Association (GWLA) and as a member of the Women in Leadership Advisory Panel for the University of North Georgia along with other community taskforce groups and committees. Additionally, she contributes to statewide workforce strategies through her service on the State Workforce Development Board’s Youth and Adult & Dislocated Worker Committees. A native of Griffin, Georgia, Stephanie is a proud University of Georgia graduate.
