Director of Athletics

LaGrange College

Terlynn C. Olds most recently served as Vice President for Athletics at LaGrange College, where she oversaw 17 NCAA Division III athletic programs and approximately 400 student-athletes. With over 25 years of senior leadership experience, Terlynn implemented strategic initiatives that fostered athletic excellence, student success, and community engagement.

Her expertise spans NCAA compliance, fundraising, and program development, leading transformative projects such as enhancing athletic facilities, building strong campus relationships, and expanding brand visibility. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Terlynn has consistently driven student-athlete growth and created a culture of success.

In addition to her professional achievements, Terlynn has served as a mentor to other rising women leaders in sports. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Sport Leadership, furthering her commitment to excellence in collegiate athletics.
