Tori Shapiro is the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement for Placement Success – Large Local Accounts out of the Atlanta market at Year Up United, a leading workforce development organization. In this role, she builds and strengthens strategic partnerships with major employers to drive successful work-based opportunities and career placements for Year Up program graduates. With a background in nonprofit and a passion for social impact, Tori brings deep expertise in talent development and employer engagement.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Leadership with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership from Clemson University
